How do I get my items embroidered?
1. Order
Order an embroidery item directly from Carré Blanc's online store. All our customizable items are identified with the Add embroidery option.
2. Customize
On the product page, check the Add embroidery option: you'll then be able to choose the font and color of your embroidery, as well as the text to be added.
3. Add to cart
Once you've chosen your personalization options, add the item to your shopping cart and complete your purchase! Our shops will receive your order and contact you if they have any questions about it, or if you have requested one.

Order your customizable item online and choose in-store pick-up to collect your items from our Montreal boutique.
Custom orders take 2 to 3 days to prepare. You will receive an e-mail or text message when your order is ready for collection.
In-store purchase
24 to 48 h lead time
Buy in-store and get your embroidery within 24 to 48 hours, depending on our team's availability.
