Our Commitments

At Carré Blanc, we're dedicated to creating linens that respect both people and the environment. The textile industry is highly polluting, so we've decided to adopt a more responsible approach. By producing better, we aim to inspire you to consume better.

High Quality Materials

Carré Blanc uses only the finest raw materials, ensuring thorough and systematic quality control. Our linen is grown in Europe, while our cotton is sourced from countries like Pakistan, Brazil and the United States. The cotton is then transported to our partner factories for manufacturing our household linens. Currently, most of our products are made in Europe.

Percale and cotton sateen are used with your well-being in mind for durability and comfort. We ensure our products meet the highest standards of textile quality and finish.

GOTS certification

Our GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified linen collections guarantee organic quality and ecologically and socially responsible textile production. The use of organic cotton considerably reduces the use of chemicals, pesticides and water. Thanks to this label, we can be sure that the workers in our partner factories benefit from a stable, fair and ethical working environment, in line with our values.

Oeko-Tex® certification

We are committed to producing linens that respect people and the planet. That's why almost all our products are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified, an international control system that guarantees the absence of harmful substances that could harm health or the environment in textiles used in ready-to-wear and household linen. To check this status, you can enter one of our certification numbers on the Oeko-Tex website.

European Flax® certification

Our washed linen bed linen collections are European Flax® certified. This label guarantees the European origin of a premium-quality linen fiber grown in the heart of Flanders that is 100% plant-based and vegan. Produced by local, environmentally-friendly agriculture, without irrigation or GMOs, the linen used to manufacture our linen products presents no health risk. Healthy, sustainable and ethical, it stands out for its exceptional natural properties.

Our Commitment

We have joined Refashion, which supports textile companies in their move towards a circular economy.
This eco-organization federates all players in the sector to encourage eco-design, reuse and recycling of textile products for clothing, footwear and household linen.
To achieve this mission, Refashion offers tools, services and information to help brands like Carré Blanc give a second life to the textiles they put on the market.

Product Transparency

Where does the raw material for your linens come from? How and where is it made? Now you have the answer to all your questions. Simply scan the QR code on the label of your product, and you'll have access to its entire creation cycle.

From creation to fiber, weaving and manufacturing, we invite you to discover the 8 major stages in the manufacturing chain of your household linen. Today, this traceability program covers 80% of our products. By 2023, our aim is to implement total transparency for 100% of our collections.

Our Efforts

Carré Blanc supports non-profit organizations that fight inequality and help people in difficulty. We've partnered with l'Arche, Enfance Maghreb Avenir, Le Rire Médecin and Emmaüs Solidarité.
