How do I give a gift card to a loved one?

Gift cards are available online here, and can only be used online. For in-store gift cards, please visit our Montreal store. Find out more about our gift cards here.

Can I use my loyalty benefits online?

We are currently building our loyalty program. For the moment, you can only benefit from a loyalty program in our Montreal boutique.


What payment methods do you use in your store?

Payment in our Montreal boutique can be made in several ways: by cash, credit card or debit card. Credit card payments are processed via the MONERIS platform.

What payment methods do you offer on your website?

Payment on our website is made by credit card via the PAYMATH secure payment platform. We would also like to point out that we have no knowledge of the numbers provided at any time. We are simply notified by our bank that the order has been paid for. You'll find all the information you need here.


When will I receive my order?

The average delivery time is 1 to 8 working days from your order confirmation, depending on your address. In any case, it will never exceed 30 days from this confirmation. Yes, you can enter the shipping address of your choice when placing your order. The same applies to the billing address, which can be modified if you wish to make a gift to a loved one.

Returns and refunds

What should I do if my product doesn't fit?

We're sorry to hear that. If a product is not to your liking, you have two options: either exchange it in your Montreal boutique, or return it by contacting customer service. More information on exchanges and returns here.

I'd like to make an exchange. What should I do?

Exchanges are possible in your store. To do so, please bring your ID and your order form or receipt. In-store returns will be exchanged, credited or refunded. To check product availability, we advise you to call the boutique before coming to the store.

How do I get my money back if I bought in a store?

To request a refund, please come to our Montreal boutique with the product(s) in their original packaging. Once the refund has been validated by our team, please allow 3 to 5 days for it to appear in your bank account. Please note that we do not issue refunds on debit cards. A credit card is required for a refund.

How can I get my money back if I ordered on the website?

To make your refund request, return your products using the returns form sent by our customer service department. Your products will be refunded within 14 days of your return request, provided we have received the returned product(s) in their original packaging. Once the refund has been validated by our team, you will receive a notification by e-mail or sms. Please allow 3 to 5 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

How long does it take to return an item?

You have 30 days from the date of your order to return the goods. Returned products must be intact, labelled, unwashed, complete and packed in their original packaging. More information on exchanges and returns.

I don't have a return label, what should I do?

Please contact our customer service department by e-mail or telephone. You'll find our contact details here. After contacting our customer service department, you will receive your return slip by e-mail.

For your information, we have decided to stop systematically printing the return slip, as this represented a considerable waste. In fact, only 3% of orders require a return slip. Out of 1000 orders, this represents a saving of 970 sheets. Out of 8300 orders, this represents a saving of 1 tree.
