Holiday Shipping & Pick Up Deadlines
- Buy online, pick up in-store: For orders with embroidery customizations, place your order by December 21. For orders without customizations, place your order by December 23 to ensure your items are available for pick up before Christmas. Store details.
- Deliveries Within Canada: For orders with embroidery customizations, place your order by December 15. For orders without customizations, place your order by December 18 to ensure your parcel arrives before Christmas.
- Long-Distance Deliveries Within Canada: For orders with embroidery customizations, place your order by December 12. For orders without customizations, place your order by December 16 to ensure your parcel arrives before Christmas.
- Deliveries to the United States: For orders with embroidery customizations, place your order by December 9. For orders without customizations, place your order by December 10 to ensure your parcel arrives before Christmas.

NO-SHOWS ON DELIVERY
If you are absent at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be sent to you so that you can collect your parcel. Packages are kept for 15 calendar days. If you do not collect your parcel within the time limit set by the carrier, the items will be returned to Carré Blanc and new delivery charges will be invoiced if you request a re-shipment.
