Shipping policy
The ordered products can only be delivered in Canada and in the US to the address indicated at the time of the order after the payment of the amount of this one was recorded.
The products of the same order are, in principle, delivered in one time except particular problems (unavailability of a product for example) or constraint related to the packaging (bulky articles for example).
The user has the choice between the following delivery options:
- Delivery to the CARRE BLANC point of sale located in Montreal, Canada. For the collection of the products, the presentation of a valid ID will be required. Delivery in a Carré Blanc store is free of charge and takes place according to the same delays as home delivery (see below).
- Delivery to the address of your choice in Canada and the United States
The order is shipped within 3 working days from its reception on the website.
Standard home delivery is offered in Canada (except Nunavut, Yukon, NW Territories) for orders of $75 or more. We also deliver in the remote territories of Canada: Nunavut, Yukon, NW Territories and the United States. You can also choose to pick up your order in our Montreal store.
The total time of availability of products in store or at the address indicated is on average 8 to 10 working days from receipt of the order. In any case, it can never exceed 30 days from the order. Delivery to the consumer's address is invoiced at the rate in force on the Site according to the mode of transport and the country chosen by the latter.

At the time of delivery, it is the user's responsibility to check the products delivered (quality, quantity, conformity with the order, etc.). No complaint will be taken into account after the expiration of the fourteen days period starting from the day after the date of reception of the products. A justified complaint made within this period will give the right to exchange or refund the product, without any other compensation for the user.
