Refund policy

The Carré Blanc stores do not manage in any case the return of packages from the website. They accept exchanges of products purchased on the website except for bedding products (comforters and pillows) and products of the decoration range (except textile decoration)

With the exception of bedding products (comforters and pillows) and products from the decoration range (except textile decoration), all products ordered (including products on promotion, sales, etc.) can be exchanged in a Carré Blanc store located in Canada or refunded online if returned within the legal withdrawal period, i.e. 30 days from the day following the receipt of the order. This without having to justify or pay penalties, the cost of return by mail being paid by Carré Blanc (except for bedding and decorative products), based on the delivery rate indicated on the invoice of the shipping company sent to the consumer when returning the package. When the legal period of retraction of 30 days expires on a Saturday, Sunday, holiday or non-working day, it is protected until the first following working day. Products returned by post must be declared beforehand on the site.

The user can exercise his right of withdrawal :
- by logging into his account Carré Blanc then heading "my account", "my orders", "see my order", "return products", the consumer will get his return number that he must include in the package.
- by using the model retraction form in the appendix of the general terms and conditions of sale or any other unambiguous statement, by mail, to the following address: 4311 Rue St Denis, H2J 2K9 Montreal or by email: serviceclient.canada@carreblanc.com
CARRE BLANC QUÉBEC will reimburse the returned products to the user as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days following the reception of the package in its premises, at the invoiced price (including shipping costs only up to the standard shipping method for each country) and according to the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction (by reference to article 6 hereof). In any case, this refund will not incur any costs for you.

Returned goods must be intact, complete and packaged in their original packaging. The consumer must return the goods to the seller, at the latest within 14 days after sending his decision to withdraw. In the case of a total or partial return of an order, reimbursed or not by CARRE BLANC DISTRIBUTION, the risks (theft, loss of parcel etc.) linked to the return are the exclusive responsibility of the consumer who will then have to, if necessary, open a dispute with the company mandated for the expedition.
