What are your means of payment?

Payment on our website is by credit card through the Paymath secure payment platform. We also specify that at any time we are not aware of the numbers provided. We are simply notified by our bank that the payment of the order has been made. Check regulations are not allowed on our website.



When will I receive my order ?

Returns and refunds

My product does not suit me, what should I do?

We are sorry to learn it. If a product does not suit you, two solutions are available to you: either perform an exchange in your shop or make a return thanks to the right provided in your package.

I would like to make an exchange, what should I do?

Any exchange is possible in your shop. For this, bring yourself from your ID and your delivery note that is inside your package. The returns made in store will be exchanged or an aid. In order to check the availability of the product we advise you to attach the shop by phone before you move.

How to make me refund? May I get back in store?

Refund requests are managed solely by our website. To make your refund request, return your products using the return on your package, or contact our customer service. Your products will be reimbursed at the latest within 14 days of your return request provided that we have received the product (s) returned in the meantime.

What time to return an article?

You have 30 days from the date of your order. The returned products must be intact, complete and packaged in their original packaging.
