What size should I choose for my bed linen?
The size of your bed linen depends on the size of your mattress. To be sure to make the right choice, consult our size guide, available here.
Can I use my loyalty benefits online?
We are building our loyalty program. For now, you can benefit from a loyalty program only in our Montreal store.
What are your payment methods in your store?
Payment in our Montreal store can be done in several ways: cash, credit or debit card. Credit card payments are managed through the MONERIS platform.
What are your means of payment on your website?
Payment on our website is made by credit card via the PAYMATH secure payment platform. We also point out that at no time do we have knowledge of the numbers provided. We are simply notified by our bank that payment for the order has been made. You can find all payment information here.
When will I receive my order ?
The average delivery time observed is 1 to 8 working days from your order confirmation depending on your address. In any event, it may never exceed 30 days from this confirmation. You can also follow the progress of your order by logging into your customer account in the “My orders” section. You can find delivery details here.

Can I request shipping to another address?
Yes, you can enter the shipping address of your choice when placing your order. It is the same for the billing address, it can be changed if you wish to make a gift to one of your loved ones.
Returns and Refunds
My product is not suitable, what should I do?
We are sorry to learn that. If a product does not suit you, two solutions are available to you: either make an exchange in your Montreal store, or make a return by contacting customer service. More information on exchanges and returns here.
I would like to make an exchange, what should I do?
Any exchange is possible in your shop. To do this, bring your identity document and your order form or receipt. Returns made in store will be subject to an exchange, a credit or a refund. In order to check the availability of the product, we advise you to contact the store by phone before you go.
How do I get a refund if I bought in store?
To request a refund, please come to our Montreal store with the product(s) in their original packaging. Once the refund has been validated by our team, please allow between 3 to 5 days for it to appear in your bank account. Please note that we do not refund debit cards. A credit card is required for a refund.
How do I get a refund if I ordered on the website?
To make your refund request, return your products using the return form sent by our customer service. Your products will be refunded to you no later than 14 days following your return request provided that we have received the returned product(s) in their original packaging. Once the refund has been validated by our team, you will receive a notification by e-mail or text message. Thereafter, please allow between 3 to 5 days for it to appear on your bank account.
What is the deadline for returning an item?
You have 30 days from the date of your order. Returned products must be intact, labeled, unwashed, complete and packed in their original packaging. More information on exchanges and returns.
I don't have a return label, what should I do?
Please contact our customer service by e-mail or telephone. You can find our contact details here . After contacting our customer service, you will receive your return slip by e-mail.
For your information, we have taken the decision to no longer systematically print the return form because it represented a considerable waste. Indeed, only 3% of orders require a return slip. On 1000 orders this represents 970 sheets saved. Out of 8300 orders, this represents 1 tree saved.

How do I find my password?
To recover your password, click on “Forgot password” when trying to connect. A new password will be generated and sent to your email address.
Can I request to modify an order already paid?
If you have not yet paid for your order, you can modify it. If your order has already been paid for, please contact our customer service (change in size of a product, remove a product from an order, etc.). You can find the contact details here.
